Day 01: Arrival and meet day in Kathmandu Airport
When you arrive in Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our airport representative will greet you and complete the formalities (Visa, etc), you need to confirm for our agent with a display board at the entrance gate. You will then transfer to the hotel. In the evening, you will join a welcome dinner at a first rate traditional Nepalese restaurant where we get pleasure from a Nepalese cultural program and enjoy fine meal. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu Sight Seeing
After having breakfast you will go for sightseeing all around Kathmandu Valley. You will visit Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa. All these are enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage list. In the evening you will meet with Nepal Hiking Himalayas’ trekking guide who will help you for trekking preparation. Overnight in Kathmandu.
Day 03: Fly to Lukla (2,834 m) and start trek to Phakding, overnight at guesthouse.
We take a fascinating flight early in the morning to Lukla (2827m) from Kathmandu taking 40 minutes. We arrive at Lukla, in the afternoon and we begin our walk moving down to the Dudh Koshi River and take up the way to Namche Bazaar, situated just above Chaunrikharka (2713m). The trail is trouble-free and after traversing the tiny village of Ghat (2550m) we move to Phakding. Overnight in Phakding.
Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar, overnight at guesthouse.
Today we will trek for around 4 hours from Phakding; we walk further with a minor climb to reach at Jorsale we walk ahead from a waterfall. Now, the trail villages are combined with astonishing forest of firs, rhododendron and magnolia trees. Then, we trek to Namche traversing few bridges and then ascend about 100m, a vertical drop and another steep way up through the forest. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 05: Acclimatization at Namche Bazaar, overnight at guesthouse.
We take a rest today to become accustomed at high locations in Namche Bazaar. On top of the village, we will see the national park headquarters. Here one can get the chance to see both the spellbinding views of sunrise and sunset. The wonderful panorama of the Khumbu peaks and striking views of Everest will arrest us. Alternatively, we can trek towards Thami (3810m) above the striking Bhote Khola Valley or travel around the national park headquarters to sight at the Sherpa lifestyle and more.
Day 06: Trek to Tengboche, overnight at guesthouse.
Today, we go down all the way through the region from Khumjung and we move to the major path to Everest at Shanasa. All along the way, we can look upon the Himalayan Thar and Danphe Pheasant. After that, we will walk continuously to Trashinga and then trek to cross the Dudh Koshi at Phunkitenga (3250m). Similarly, we make a wide climb via fir, pine, black juniper, and Rhododendron woods to Tengboche Monastery. Overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 07: Trek to Dingboche, overnight at guesthouse.
Today, we will visit the monastery before moving down through jungle of birch, fir, juniper and rhododendron till we get to Debuche. After that we have steady ascends only, but because of the height we have to increase our quickness gradually. After traversing the Imja River, the path will take us to the village of Pangboche. Here we can observe the arresting mountain of Ama Dablam. Then, our path moves up through unwrapped alpine hills ahead of crossing the Imja River again and arrive at our guest house in Dingboche.
Day 08: Rest in Dingboche for acclimatization, overnight at guesthouse.
We have another rest day of our trek in Dingboche for being familiar with the surroundings at the high altitude. Dingboche is situated in a hodgepodge surrounded by boulder walls shielding crops like potatoes and barley. Also, we can walk around to see the natural beauty in Dingboche. Overnight at guest house.
Day 09: Trek to Lobuche, overnight at tented camp
On this day, we will walk along the moraine of the glacier along with the superb views of Kala Patthar (5545m) as well as Mt. Pumori (,165m) and then we will ascend high above the Pheriche village. We move for around 4 hours from Dingboche to reach Lobuche. Overnight at the tented camp.
Day 10: Trek to Lobuche Base Camp, overnight at tented camp.
From Lobuche, we will trek to the Lobuche Base Camp today. After trekking for few hours on moderately plane route, the track to the Lobuche Base Camp turns out to be more upright and rocky. We will stroll beside the Lobuche Glacier where we can take pleasure from the splendid views of Ama Dablam, Pokalde, Cholatse, and Thamserku etc. Overnight at the tented camp.
Day 11: Stay in Lobuche Base Camp for climbing preparation, overnight at tented camp.
Today, we will reside at Lobuche Base Camp for correctly acclimatizing with the setting. Also, we will be prepared for the subsequent day climb to Lobuche High Camp. Overnight at tented camp at Lobuche Base Camp again.
Day 12: Ascent to Lobuche High Camp, overnight at tented camp.
Today, we will move from Lobuche Base Camp to arrive at the Lobuche High Camp taking around 4 hours. We will set the High camp at a height of 5,600m. Leaving the base camp, we walk on a rocky moraine track to arrive at the high camp. As soon as we reach at the high camp, we put in our camp. Overnight at tented camp.
Day 13: Summit Lobuche East and back to base Camp, overnight at tented camp.
Today is the most important day for the summit. We start early in the morning for the peak. Lobuche east bestows more panoramic vistas compared with other popular climbing peaks. From the summit, we will get to see superb panoramic views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Pumori, Cholatse and many more. We use up some time at the high point celebrating and taking photos, then we return to the Base Camp again.
Day 14: Extra day to summit in case of bad weather, overnight at tented camp.
We keep an extra day to spend at the base camp not to ruin our program because of awful weather. Overnight again at tented camp.
Day 15: Trek to Tengboche, overnight at guesthouse.
Our way down takes us all the way through Tengboche Monastery lying at a height of 3860 meters before returning back to Namche Bazaar (3441m).
Day 16: Trek to Namche Bazaar, overnight at guesthouse.
Today, our path will go downward relatively upright as we as we make our way downward to Namche Bazaar. Overnight in Namche Bazaar at guest house.
Day 17: Trek to Lukla, overnight at guesthouse.
After our breakfast, we will return through the major road downhill to Dudh koshi going back over to Phakding. Walking on the track, we get there at Lukla traversing a suspension bridge over Thado Kosh. For around 45 minutes, we will go up to complete the whole track and we will reconfirm flight ticket and bid goodbye to local porters.
Day 18: Fly back to Kathmandu, overnight at hotel.
Today, we will fly back to Kathmandu taking 35 minutes from Lukla and move back to the hotel in Kathmandu. Rest of the day, you can relax or go around Kathmandu for shopping.
Day 19: Transfer to airport, departure onward destination.
After completing all the procedures at the airport, we will leave for our respective destination.
Nepal is also known as Himalayan Empire for having the highest peak in the world, Mt. Everest. You need to get ready with the regular clothing as Nepal has got difference in climate. If you are walking above 3000m you require warm clothing.

Vaccination necessities are subject to vary and should be set before departure.

Currency
Rupee is the official currency in Nepal. The most normally use sign for Rupee is Rs or NPR. There is no limit on the sum of foreign money or travelers’ checks brought in Nepal.
Nepal Rastra Bank set the exchange rate and there are a lot of money change counters and number of banks where you can exchange your money. Also, the hotels do exchange the money still they have lower rate.

For safe and sound Travel
1. Do not carry needless valuables with you.
2. Do not leave any important things in hotel room in Asia. Items will be left at the individual’s risk.
3. A money belt, or somewhat similar, worn near to your body is the top way to hold passports, money, airline tickets and other valuables.
4. Pickpockets can be found everywhere, mainly in tourist areas and in swarming markets; you have to always be careful.
5. Be alert that everything left around will also be likely to theft.
